That's why the Wodonga Skills Stores are encouraging all Victorian residents to make a free appointment to talk about their skills and experiences and be guided through a self-assessment.  You never know, you could end up with a recognised qualification!

About the Wodonga Skills Store

Skills Stores Wodonga provides friendly, expert advice on the many opportunities and options available for recognising of your existing skills towards qualifications in Victoria's Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.  The Wodonga Skills Stores staff can provide individuals and businesses with a free skills matching service, and help find out how you can convert your skills and abilities into a real qualification to help reach your potential.

This is your chance to:

• Talk about your current skills and realise your potential
• Short cut training when you know how to do it already and can prove it, which saves money and time; allowing you to have a work/life balance.
• Be guided through the skills recognition process and gain a qualification or part of a qualification recognising the skills that you do on a day-to-day basis.

The head office of the Wodonga Skills Stores is based within Wodonga TAFE located at 87 McKoy Street Wodonga.  Skills Stores consultants are also located at a number of service points throughout the North Eastern region of Victoria.  This is a great opportunity to have your skills assessed locally in your own community in:

• Yarrawonga

A free service
All Skills Stores services - including advice, obtaining an initial skills profile and referral to a registered training organisation are free of charge.  You may also be eligible for funding towards the cost of formal recognition of prior learning through a TAFE or other Registered Training Organisation.  So, come and talk to us.
