Workforce Planning and Development
Workforce Planning and Development (WPD) manages all aspects of workforce and employee relations, awards, enterprise bargaining, payroll, and recruitment and staff selection. With a staff of around 350 at Wodonga TAFE, Workforce Planning & Development plays an integral role in the daily life of the Institute. Over recent times, changes in recruitment and performance management procedures have seen Workforce Planning and Development develop into a highly responsive unit managing staff inductions, occupational health and safety (OH&S), equal opportunity, staff learning & development and all people management issues for the Institute. The goal of Workforce Planning and Development is to continue to ensure Wodonga TAFE’s position in our community as an exemplary “Employer of Choice”.
