Organisational development

Organisational Development at Wodonga TAFE is primarily responsible for ensuring the Institute achieves its business objectives and targets through the development of people and systems.  Our goal is to foster the innovation, effectiveness and growth of the Institute by ensuring that our workforce has the skills, knowledge, tools and confidence to deliver outstanding services to our students, clients, community, industry, staff and all other stakeholders.

The implementation of a strategic Workforce Plan will ensure our learning and development goals are achieved across all the Institute’s activities, enabling us to deliver our promises of success through learning both to the students and customers of our Institute as well as to our internal workforce.

Information about the Organisational Development Division is available from the General Manager, Organisational Development on (02) 6055 6774
