Within the Education Division is Learner Services, a new concept in allowing students to engage, learn and develop personally while at Wodonga TAFE. Learner Services provides a diverse range of services including course advice, counseling, learning support, accommodation and financial assistance to students who are learning at the Institute.

Learner Services also delivers a range of youth programs for students who may be looking for an alternative to traditional secondary education as well as conducting the acclaimed Work Education program. This program is designed to assist students who may have additional learning needs to access the appropriate training leading to work opportunities.
