Monitoring and maintenance of quality systems and procedures is the role of Business Systems Improvement.  Wodonga TAFE conducts regular internal audits and procedure reviews and currently maintains two Quality Accreditation systems.

The major system is the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) which deals with our accreditation as a Nationally Registered Training Provider (RTO).  This system places a heavy emphasis on all aspects of training delivery.  The Institute is also registered under the Australian Quality Framework (AQF).  Whilst there is some overlap between the two systems the AQF extends to all facets of our operation and is not limited in scope to educational and training delivery.
