‘I made the decision to give up my established retail career and enrol as a student at Wodonga TAFE to study massage. I had earlier completed an introductory massage course and really enjoyed it. I gained some work with football clubs and decided I wanted to undertake further training in this area. Although it has been difficult being a student without a permanent income the training has been a wonderful experience. The most enjoyable aspect of the course has been the clinic time which gave us the opportunity to put into practice the theory learnt in class. We were supported by what I would have to say are the best massage teachers in Albury Wodonga. Our teachers are employed in industry and were always happy to share their knowledge and experience and most importantly their passion for this type of work with us. I am now in the process of establishing my own massage business.’
