Grievance procedures
Wodonga TAFE has a grievance and appeal procedure in place for both students and staff. These procedures generally come into play after all other avenues for the resolution of the issue have been exhausted. The grievance process reflects Substantive Fairness and Natural Justice procedures.
All grievance matters and issues are handled confidentially, impartially and sympathetically by someone who is accepted by each party as impartial.
