Counselling

At Wodonga TAFE, we recognise that a caring and nurturing environment contributes to the success and confidence of students at all stages of study. Most of the time tertiary study is fun and stimulating, but sometimes personal or academic difficulties intervene. Confidential counselling is available to all students regarding any issues during their course of study.  This free service is available to students and staff with highly qualified and experienced staff.  Phone Learner Services on (02) 6055 6389 or email disability_equity@wodonga.tafe.edu.au for an appointment.

Welfare

The student welfare service aims to assist students to maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle while studying at Wodonga TAFE and offers practical assistance in the following areas

  • Austudy/Youth Allowance assistance
  • Centrelink information
  • Student Loans
  • Off campus accommodation
  • Health promotion
  • Referral to relevant welfare agencies.
