Databases Students and Staff of Wodonga Institute of TAFE have access to a range of databases of journal articles and other information sources. To access these you will need to get the Username and Password for the database you are interested in from the Library: Ph (02) 6055 6694 Trial - Vocational Studies Premier The Library currently has access to a new electronic database on trial – Vocational Studies Premier. Please feel free to give us feedback about this product. InfoTrac Onefile includes references to articles from more than 8000 scholarly, trade and general-interest publications in the humanities, sciences, and social sciences. It provides full text articles in more than 4000 of these journals. InfoTrac Onefile contains references to journal articles from 1980 to the present. This database includes a large amount of material on Australian topics. EBSCOhost includes a number of databases. See below for more information: Australia/NZ Reference Centre Business Source Premier Business Source Premier is the industry’s most used business research database, providing full text for more than 2,300 journals, including full text for more than 1,100 peer-reviewed titles. Business Source Premier is superior to the competition in full text coverage in all disciplines of business, including marketing, management, MIS, POM, accounting, finance and economics. This database is updated daily on EBSCOhost. CINAHL Plus with Full Text CINAHL Plus with Full Text is the world's most comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 560 journals indexed in CINAHL. Of those, nearly 400 have cover-to-cover indexing in CINAHL. With more than 600,000 full-text articles dating back to 1937, CINAHL Plus with Full Text is the definitive research tool for all areas of nursing and allied health literature. Hospitality & Tourism Complete Hospitality & Tourism Complete covers scholarly research and industry news relating to all areas of hospitality and tourism. This collection contains more than 500,000 records, with coverage dating as far back as 1965. There is full text for more than 200 publications, including periodicals, company & country reports, and books. Regional Business News This database provides comprehensive full text coverage for regional business publications. Regional Business News incorporates coverage of 75 business journals, newspapers and newswires from all metropolitan and rural areas within the United States. This database is updated on a daily basis. Garden, Landscape & Horticulture Index SPORTDiscus with Full Text SPORTDiscus with Full Text is the world's most comprehensive source of full text for sports & sports medicine journals, providing full text for more than 350 journals indexed in SPORTDiscus. This authoritative file contains full text for many of the most used journals in the SPORTDiscus index - with no embargo. With full-text coverage dating back to 1985, SPORTDiscus with Full Text is the definitive research tool for all areas of sports & sports medicine literature. The Building Code of Australia (BCA) is produced and maintained by the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) on behalf of the Australian Government and each State and Territory Government. The BCA is a uniform set of technical provisions for the design and construction of buildings and other structures throughout Australia whilst allowing for variations in climate and geological or geographic conditions. Standards Online Select provides access to over 250 Australian Standards selected for their relevance to students studying at Wodonga Institute of TAFE.
